These terms describe use of the Ukkio online store and purchases placed through it. Product details, options, prices, applicable taxes, shipping availability, and the final order total are shown in the storefront and checkout. Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy apply to fulfillment and returns. Nothing here removes a consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is a request to purchase the items in your cart. We may contact you if an order detail requires clarification. The payment methods actually available appear at checkout. Review the selected items, options, shipping, taxes, and total before submitting. Do not email payment-card credentials or verification codes.

Review the complete product page, including selected options, measurements, approximate or estimated details, materials as described, and included pieces. Product photographs and descriptions are provided to help identify the item; the exact product and selected option control. Contact us if a listing is unclear before ordering.

Shipping, cancellation, returns, and refunds

Shipping availability, estimated timing, tracking, and delay handling are described in the Shipping Policy. Contact us promptly to request cancellation or a change before dispatch; a request cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins. Return eligibility, the 30-day request period, prepaid labels, and refund timing are set out in the Refund Policy.
