Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. We send tracking details after dispatch when tracking is available. Use the carrier's latest scan for shipment progress.
The approved service area includes Alaska and Hawaii, but the carrier service and delivery estimate for an Alaska or Hawaii address must be verified for the specific order. Checkout must show an available service and its estimated timing; do not treat the general estimate as a guarantee for those destinations. U.S. territories, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses are not included in the 51-region commitment unless the checkout explicitly confirms an available service.
If a delay changes the expected dispatch or delivery timing, we will notify the customer and provide the revised estimate. The customer may accept the updated timing or cancel an unshipped order for a timely refund to the original payment method.
